Job Responsibilities
1. Implement the recruitment plan according to the business development plan to meet the manpower needs of the Malaysian factory; 2. Combined with local salary and welfare policies, formulate Malaysian factory salary and welfare system and scheme, salary and tax, to ensure stability and incentive of the staff, and reasonably control labor costs; 3. Responsible for the implementation of various human resources systems, effective employee communication, carrying out staff care activities, leading and promoting corporate culture construction, government relationship maintenance, etc.; 4. Cooperate closely with business team leaders, play the role of reliable HR partner, and promote the construction of overseas bases and project implementation.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management or other related major; 2.8 years or more working experience in recruitment management, salary management, employee relationship and other modules, with large manufacturing experience is preferred; 3. Have certain government resources; 4. Strong sense of goal, strong ability to work under pressure, patience and meticulous, excellent communication and coordination skills, communication influence, working experience in a Chinese company is preferred; 5. Good Chinese, English and Malay listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and familiar with local HR policies in Malaysia.
