Job Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management: • Responsible for employee recruitment, selection, onboarding, transfer, and resignation procedures. • Manage employee files and data, ensuring confidentiality and security. • Assist in performance evaluations, salary adjustments, and provide support and advice to employees. • Organize employee training and development programs, communicating with training vendors and arranging training courses. 2. Administrative Management: • Handle daily administrative affairs, including document management, agenda arrangement, and meeting organization. • Draft, collate, and archive various administrative documents, reports, and information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Coordinate communication and collaboration between departments and external partners, providing English language support and consultation. • Responsible for the statistics and analysis of administrative data, providing relevant reports and analysis results to support management decisions. 3. Event and Meeting Management: • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings, including logistics, travel arrangements, and reception. 4. Translation and Interpretation: • Provide translation and interpretation support for Chinese and English documents and oral communications.
Job Requirements
1. Education Background: • Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred. 2. Language Ability: • Proficient in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. • Ability to fluently translate and interpret between Chinese and English. 3. Professional Skills: • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain work quality. • Good understanding of human resources administration processes and relevant laws and regulations. • Proficient in office software, including Word, Excel, and PPT. 4. Personal Qualities: • High sense of responsibility and meticulous work attitude. • Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively. • Good teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments. 5. Work Experience: • Relevant work experience in human resources and administration is preferred. • Familiarity with human resources administration processes and translation workflows is a plus.
