Job Responsibilities
1, responsible for recruitment, training, attendance, salary, assessment, employee relations and other daily matters of human resources; 2. Handle the procedures of employee entry, transfer, resignation, etc.; 3, labor contract signing (new signing, renewal) handling, labor contract storage, employee file storage; 4, timely do a good job of staff social security related work, such as increase and decrease, social security card receipt, social security deduction, etc.; 5. Implement and improve the management of enterprise personnel system and plan, training and development, performance evaluation, employee social security and welfare; 6. Understand and master the employment needs of enterprises, establish and maintain personnel database; 7. Take the initiative to complete other work assigned by superiors.
