Job Responsibilities
1. Develop recruiting strategies that will identify and attract brilliant talent to international team; 2. Ensure the implementation and execution of the recruitment function (sourcing, screening, submitting, interviewing and closing) of candidates that meet or exceed hiring demands; 3. Provide professional talent insights/marketing insights and consulting advice to business; Establish, cultivate and maintain solid working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners; 4. Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, companies, competitor industries and trends.
Job Requirements
1. 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency or technology, internet company; 2. Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and other stakeholders; 3. Outgoing and gregarious, enjoy interacting with a variety of people; 4. Good command of written and oral English, strong negotiation and presentation skills; 5. A self-learner, good understanding of the talent landscape in APAC will be a plus.
