Job Responsibilities
Missions: · Recruitment and integration of employees: - Manage recruitment processes: from defining needs to formalizing the job offer - Write and distribute job offers, screening, scheduling, interviewing candidates - Cooperate with recruitment agencies - Organize of the integration plan, conduct of interviews during the trial period. · Payroll in connection with local payroll firms for DACH: - Collect and process variable payroll elements (entries, exits, leaves, sick leave, etc.) - Communicate the elements to the payroll firms and prepare calculation simulations - Process post payroll items related to accounting · Employee Administration: - Prepare contracts, amendments - Follow registrations and visits to occupational medicine - Update the HR systems and ensure the quality of the data - Registration a deregistration of company benefits: private medical care, lunch card - Manage the onboarding and off boarding process - Cooperate with external providers regarding visa applications and work permits for expats, registering in the Warsaw office district· Training plan: - Define the necessary actions in collaboration with managers and management - Organize training: from registration to evaluation of the training - Be in charge of the budget for EE · Advise and support managers and employees: - Ensure compliance with legal obligations - Participate in business meetings and take action if HR issues - Develop HR skills: presentation of subject on HR and managerial themes - Organize the company’s integration events · Supervise the office Management - Order office supplies - Manage badge access, car fleet, mobile phones, company’s apartments
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field · Very Good verbal and written communication skills in English · Fluent in French · 3-5 years experience in HR · Knowledge of labour law and payroll · Able to work under pressure · Involved and proactive attitude · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
