Job Responsibilities
1. Provide daily secretarial support to the Chairman on schedule planning, such as calendar management, travel accommodation, logistics arrangement and more. 为董事长提供日程秘书支持,包括日程管理,出差住宿和行程安排等 2. Organize business meetings and be responsible for the meeting summery, materials preparation, agenda planning, onsite coordination, etc. 组织商务会议并召开会议纪要,负责材料准备,议程规划,现场协调等。 3. Job Requirements
1、Over 1 year experience in one of the Top 500 Companies. 超过1年的500强企业助理经验 2、Bachelor + 2 years working experience, master degree or full time intern for the student.
