Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation and documentary of the whole process of overseas logistics; 2. Document production management, management report update, data statistics and analysis; 3. Responsible for timely insurance for land transportation and sea transportation, tracking insurance cases, collecting claim information, and promoting the progress of claim settlement; 4. Responsible for the collation and review of all supplier cost invoices; 5. Other tasks assigned by the department.

Job Requirements

1. Logistics, international trade and other related majors, college degree or above; 2. More than 1-3 years of relevant work experience in overseas logistics operations, mastering incoterms, international logistics related knowledge, familiar with product trade and logistics characteristics, and familiar with overseas land transportation, warehousing and shipping links and other process operation experience is preferred; 3. Proficient in the use of office software, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate independently; 4. Strong sense of logical thinking, communication and expression, business negotiation, coordination, execution and teamwork; 5. Calm personality, hard-working, pragmatic, self-motivated and responsible; 6. Can accept long-term expatriate work;
