Job Responsibilities

1、Be proficient in using CAD, creating line body Layout, and tracking the on-site construction progress of electrical networks. 2、Track the achievement status of production capacity, yield rate and UPPH (Units Per Person per Hour). 3、Formulate and streamline manpower standards, formulate and track manpower requirements. 4、Maintain the IMES system and establish process routes. 5、Evaluate and control the standards of fixtures, tools and consumables. 6、Control costs and prepare monthly business reports.

Job Requirements

1、Junior college degree or above, majoring in Industrial Engineering or related fields. 2、Be able to communicate simply in English. 3、Have more than three years of working experience in Industrial Engineering (IE) and be familiar with the manufacturing process of Surface Mount Technology (SMT). 4、Be able to communicate simply in Indonesian.
