Job Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain enterprise talent pool and recruitment channels, allocate and effectively use various resources. 2. Responsible for recruitment channel related work to meet the recruitment needs of departments. 3. Responsible to coordinate with departments to revise job descriptions. 4. Responsible for new employee procedures, contract signing, and regular advertising. 5. Understand the situation of recruitment channels such as recruitment websites, talent exchange centers, headhunting companies, intermediary agencies, etc., and establish a good cooperative development relationship on the basis of evaluating their effectiveness. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager. 7. Willing to be placed in West Jakarta (Head Office)
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years experience in HR Recruitment preferably having Retail industry experience 2. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must 3. Placement in Bekasi / West Jakarta 4. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and well organized 5. A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently. 6. In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
