Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales of overseas medical devices, formulate and implement sales strategies, and ensure the completion of sales targets. 2. Responsible for the channel operation and management of overseas agents. Maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide excellent customer service, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Conduct market research to understand the market dynamics and competitors of medical testing instruments and medical devices in the overseas areas in which you are responsible, and provide a basis for the market positioning and marketing strategy of the company's products. 3. Develop new customers and new markets, and expand the market share of the company's products. 4. Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, seminars and other activities to promote the company's products and improve the company's brand awareness.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. Have more than 5 years of overseas sales experience, and have certain local agents and distributor resources. 3. Have experience in the medical device industry and understand the market characteristics of medical devices. 4. Have strong organizational and coordination skills and communication skills, be able to coordinate cooperation and communication with agents and customers in a timely and flexible manner, and respond to and solve customer problems in a timely manner. 5. Proficient in English, able to communicate and negotiate business fluently. 6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, and be able to accept overseas business trips. Homebase is acceptable.
