Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies and plans for new energy products, and achieving sales targets and performance indicators. 2. Develop and manage sales channels for inverters, photovoltaic complete sets and other products, and promote the improvement of product sales and market share. 3. Responsible for the development and management of overseas markets, understand the international market demand, formulate and implement overseas sales strategies, and develop overseas business. 4. Lead the sales team, motivate team members, ensure that the team achieves sales goals, coordinate internal resources, and drive sales performance. 5. Conduct in-depth communication and negotiation with customers and partners, establish long-term and stable cooperative relations, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Conduct market competition analysis, make sales strategy adjustments according to market data and trends, and continuously improve sales models and methods. 7. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, using digital tools and platforms such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, etc., to increase brand awareness and product sales. 8. Responsible for team building and management, including recruitment, training, and motivation of the sales team, and establishing an efficient teamwork mechanism to achieve sales goals. 9. Job Requirements

1. Educational background, bachelor degree or above, science and engineering is preferred 2. Work experience: at least 5 years of new energy business sales experience; It has customer resources in the distributed photovoltaic market; 3.
