Job Responsibilities

1. Excavate the company's core competitive advantages, and organize large-scale seminars or high-level business promotion meetings for customers in combination with products and technical knowledge. 2. Combined with business scenarios, be able to independently draft business document templates that match the actual needs of the business, including but not limited to business planning, cooperation agreements, agency distribution agreements, orders, contracts, etc. 3. Independently or lead the team to carry out major project negotiations or strategic cooperation negotiations with customer executives, safeguard the interests of the company, win the recognition and respect of customer executives, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. 4. Combined with marketing planning, market research, according to market segmentation or product segmentation, lead the construction of a channel business team, and develop high-end channel providers that complement each other's advantages and help continuous improvement of performance. 5. Mobilize all kinds of resources to help promote customer relationships, deeply analyze customer decision-making chains, realize the synchronous establishment of personal relationships and organizational relationships at key decision-making levels of customers, and carry out effective dynamic management of customer relationships. 6. Mobilize market and rear resources for large projects, and lead the project team to deeply analyze the project from multiple perspectives such as technology, business, and delivery. Through the promotion of key business opportunities, we will explore opportunities for long-term cooperation with customers. Perspective on business opportunities, identify customer pain points at all levels, and provide value output solutions for customer pain points. 7. In the early stage of project acquisition, estimate the entire capital occupation of the project, and judge the feasibility of the project based on the project profit margin. Assist finance in accounting and evaluation of key data such as project costs and profits. 8. From the perspective of project management, conduct overall analysis and planning of the terms in the contract and the follow-up project implementation. 9. Conduct systematic insight and analysis of the market, combine the company's core competitiveness, explore business opportunities, and systematically plan market development strategies and layouts.

Job Requirements

1. Overseas sales experience, overseas customer resources are preferred; 2. Work experience in oil and gas industry or large-scale equipment industry; 3. English or Russian or Spanish can be used as the working language, with good communication and coordination skills; 4. Rich experience in marketing, sales team management, business knowledge and market development.
