Job Responsibilities
1. To execute sales strategies and to meet sales target through active sales acquisition in European markets. 2. To aggressively develop the Company’s new client base in Europe. 3. To study customer’s investment plans to develop a regional sales strategy that aligns the company solutions and customer needs, working closely with proposal team. 4. To lead new project bidding, include bidding documation, customer relationship building, competiter analysis, cost break down etc. 5. To prepare and implement account development plan to enhance customer relationship so as to increase their business potential. 6. To facilitate project implementation as well as sales related activities in a collaborative manner. 7. Build an international process system to support the needs of international business development.
Job Requirements
1. Over 8 years sales work experence in battery/E-drive or BIW assembly business. 2. Over 3 years work experience in Europe. 3. Have experience and resource in Volve\VW\BBA prefered. 4. Automotive Knowledge (strategies, business model, key success factors, processes, industrial footprint) 5. Negotiation, communication and presentation skills"
