Job Responsibilities

1. Market development: Responsible for the collection and collation of foreign trade market conditions and export product information; Responsible for the development of potential customers and the completion of various services required by customers; Assist and guide the technology development department to develop export samples; Responsible for the department's outings and exhibition activities. 2. Customer contact and business negotiation Responsible for the contact and business negotiation of foreign trade customers; Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide services; Responsible for the specific contract negotiation with the customer, complete the contract signing, and be responsible for the completeness of the contract and the accuracy of the terms; 3. Coordinate production and transportation of goods Responsible for coordinating the production department to arrange the production plan according to the relevant documents (fax, email, contract and other documents); Assist relevant departments to supervise the quality in the production process, confirm the on-time shipment, and coordinate relevant personnel to arrange the transportation of foreign trade products; 4. Other responsibilities Responsible for tracking customers after sales and completing relevant after-sales service work for customers; Assist other departments in undertaking translation work; Assist other departments to do a good job in the reception of foreign guests; Other work temporarily arranged by the company's leaders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in foreign languages, marketing or international trade, CET-6, participated in knowledge training in international trade, marketing, enterprise management, contract law, economic law, negotiation skills, public relations, etc., over ten years of working experience in the international trade industry, able to familiarize with the company's production and operation within three months after being hired, master the production, manufacturing process and flow of products, be familiar with product characteristics, have strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities, public relations skills, acute market insight and good foreign language expression ability, good ideological and moral character, strong sense of principle, and pioneering spirit.
