Be responsible for data statistics and analysis of recruitment channels, determine recruitment process problems through data and put forward solutions. 6. Organizational development needs and implementation promotion: propose organizational development needs according to business needs, and assist the organization in designing and promoting implementation;
Job Requirements
Job requirements: 1. Master various policies and recruitment methods of overseas recruitment, be familiar with various channels of overseas recruitment, and be able to effectively solve the talent needs at different stages of business development; 2. Fluent oral English, can be used as working language, local language is preferred; 3. Industry background to C is preferred, and experience in hrbp is preferred; 4. Responsible for the 0-1 construction of overseas business team is preferred;
