Job Responsibilities

Job Title : ESL teacher for primary school  Develop and prepare weekly lesson plans for each grade.  Deliver classes in ways that encourage student academic and personal growth, such as project-based learning, activities, and play.  Correct homework, grade tests, and provide individualized feedback to students on their work.  Provide help to struggling students. Professional Duties  Workweek: Monday to Friday, no office hour.  Maximum 24 teaching hours per week.  Help manage and teach classes from 40-50 students.  Attend professional development courses provided by the school. Conditions  Monthly salary around 17-20K RMB per month after tax  Free campus accommodation,  All paid official holidays  5000 RMB air ticket reimbursement  Accident Insurance, Commercial Medical Insurance  Visa and Foreign Expert Certificate provided summer holiday 2 months, no pay, but there are 10 days summer camp, 1000rmb/day. winter holiday full pay.
