Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement human resources strategies to support the company's long-term growth goals. 2. Recruit and select the right talent to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and accurate (focused). 3. Responsible for employee training and development programs and provide career development support. 4. Ensure that the company complies with labor regulations and human resources policies, and handles employee disputes and complaints. 5. Assist in employee relationship management, maintain and improve employee welfare and working environment. 6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Must be Indonesian Chinese, non-Indonesian Chinese please do not submit resumes. 2. Must have strong competence in recruitment, be familiar with multiple recruitment channels (hard conditions), be familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and human resource management practices. 3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with employees at different levels and departments. 4. Experience in personnel training and employee relationship management. 5. Possess good team management and leadership skills, able to motivate and coach team members.
