Job Responsibilities
1. According to the company's strategic planning, assist in formulating overseas regional layout, formulate medium and long-term development paths, decompose regional sales targets and track implementation; 2. Set up a sales team to be responsible for the mining of overseas customer leads, the follow-up sales of orders and after-sales service; 3. Develop overseas dealer cooperation channels, formulate overseas market strategies, and manage them to ensure the sustainable development of performance and brand; 4. There are overseas installers and wholesalers customer resources, strong market development capabilities, and sales performance data and cases in the home energy storage industry; 5. Familiar with overseas new energy product sales channels and operation mode, has independently developed regional distributors, agents and has a complete set of systematic methods and ideas for managing overseas teams; 6. Develop, deploy and coordinate the allocation of resources, in-depth and efficient excavation, analysis, sorting out industry characteristics and customer needs, guiding, supervising and assessing sales personnel, and leading the sales team to complete the company's sales goals; 7. Summarize the direction of product improvement according to customer needs, and issue relevant reports, and put forward reasonable feedback on R&D, production and other related work.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical, English, marketing, international trade, etc.; 2. 3 years or more experience in the development of construction machinery in the international market, relevant sales experience and customer resources are preferred; 3. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or English is preferred, with excellent English ability, good oral ability, able to independently carry out market development work through English, and experience in expatriate or participation in industry exhibitions is preferred. 4. Have strong market operation ability and be familiar with international business terms; 5. Responsible, able to work under high intensity.
