Job Responsibilities
Retain existing customers, perform day-to-day order management, develop new customers and understand the needs of new markets. Quickly process customer complaints, follow up, create customer databases and manage classifications. Customer management involves developing new customers, visiting existing customers on a regular basis, and maintaining customer relationships. Enrich sales service operations, promote and maintain the relationship between the company and customers. We will report the latest products and market trends in the market to the head office in a timely manner, and make suggestions and improvements to the products based on the market feedback. Be involved in the planning and management of exhibitions in Japan.
Job Requirements
High school education or above, and at least 3 years of market development and sales experience of medical and nursing care related products in Japan. Those who are qualified to work in Japan. Proficient in business English. It is more desirable if you can speak Chinese. Familiarity with Japan's business practices and the situation in Japan's medical and nursing care industry. Preference is given to those who have experience in team management and have management experience. Ability to take responsibility for results in their area of expertise and to voluntarily promote the achievement of work goals. Strong self-learning ability, innovation mindset, and ability to quickly adapt to industry demands.
