Job Responsibilities
1. Organize and coordinate the full project management process, including participating in project initiation, responsible for project planning and execution, managing project changes, risks, and issues, and overseeing project progress, quality control, and personnel coordination. 2. Develop, track, advance, and maintain project plans to ensure project completion as scheduled and achieve high-quality delivery. 3. Regularly report project progress and any issues to stakeholders, and coordinate resources to resolve problems in a timely manner. 4. Collect product feedback, continuously standardize and improve product R&D project management practices, summarize project experiences, and provide training for new employees.
