Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the research and analysis of overseas market demand for photovoltaic energy storage products (energy storage battery packs/off-grid inverters/on-grid inverters), and understand the specific concerns of users in different markets for energy storage products; 2. Responsible for product definition and planning, promote product development, prototype, mass production and marketing plan, and do a good job in product life cycle management; 3. Continue to understand the advantages and specific selling points of popular products of leading companies in the same industry, compare the performance of the company's existing products, and define product optimization content and upgrade directions; 4. Continuously understand the common modes and conditions of end users, summarize and convert them into specific test plans and requirements for products in the laboratory, and define the main products and functions through actual customer needs to provide support for R&D; 5. For product complaints, it is necessary to clarify the specific application scenarios and failure frequencies to understand whether there are similar faults in peer products;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, control engineering, electronic power or related, can accept overseas business trips, oral English communication is preferred; 2. At least three years of relevant work experience in technical support, product engineer or R&D post of photovoltaic inverter or energy storage products, with high requirements and pursuit of product design, R&D transfer is preferred; 3. Familiar with demand management, new product project establishment, user simulation testing and new product promotion; 4. Have good data analysis and logical thinking skills, and be able to adjust and improve the product design in a timely manner through the collection, induction and analysis of various data;
