Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities / 工作职责: - To prepare all event documentation and coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the Pre-Event, Event and Post-Event phases. 准备所有活动文件，积极配合供应商和合作伙伴，确保在活动准备阶段，进行阶段和后续阶段提供一致的、高水平的服务 - Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. 工程与项目组团队紧密结合，为了维持持续的项目知识，以确定内部或与项目有关的潜在问题和/或机会 - Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable. 确保所有进程和程序顺利完成，质量符合标准及项目获得盈利 - Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates with the team. 了解公司的能力和服务，并有效的与项目组团队进行沟通。

Job Requirements

Requirements/要求 - Minimum 2 years of Event management experience 2年以上活动经理的经验 - Make it happened attitude 行动执行力较强 - Extremely detail oriented 非常注重细节 - Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator 有上进心、目标，稳定和谈判技能 - High level of initiative and work well in a team environment 在团队环境中能积极主动的工作 - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Chinese native speaker) 能用熟练书面和口头用英语和中文表达信息 - Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well 能很好的调节压力 - Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction 以最小的资源计划和完成职责
