This is a full-time, remote position requiring availability six days per week. Key Responsibilities: Design, model, and simulate mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks. Collaborate with global teams to ensure projects meet engineering standards and client specifications. Troubleshoot and optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and durability. Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in SolidWorks (minimum 2 years of experience). Entry-Level Engineer: Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities: Design, model, and simulate mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks, following established templates and part structures. Create 2D designs for plant fabrication. Perform nesting of parts as required for CNC cutting. Conduct structural calculations and Ansys simulations for product analysis. Work with materials such as hydraulics, sheet metal, aluminum, fiberglass composites, fiberglass molds, and vacuum bagging techniques. Assist in the integration, troubleshooting, and testing of PCB boards for mechanical systems. Write and submit weekly reports. Upload drawings into the ERP system. Assist the purchasing department with locating parts through Alibaba or other resources. Write user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and repair manuals for products. Collaborate with global teams to ensure projects meet engineering standards and client specifications. Troubleshoot and optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and durability.
