This is a full-time, remote position requiring availability six days per week. Key Responsibilities: Design, model, and simulate mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks. Collaborate with global teams to ensure projects meet engineering standards and client specifications. Troubleshoot and optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and durability. Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in SolidWorks (minimum 2 years of experience). Job Requirements

Entry-Level Engineer: Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities: Design, model, and simulate mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks, following established templates and part structures. Create 2D designs for plant fabrication. Perform nesting of parts as required for CNC cutting. Conduct structural calculations and Ansys simulations for product analysis. Work with materials such as hydraulics, sheet metal, aluminum, fiberglass composites, fiberglass molds, and vacuum bagging techniques. Assist in the integration, troubleshooting, and testing of PCB boards for mechanical systems. Write and submit weekly reports. Upload drawings into the ERP system. Assist the purchasing department with locating parts through Alibaba or other resources. Write user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and repair manuals for products. Collaborate with global teams to ensure projects meet engineering standards and client specifications. Troubleshoot and optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and durability. Lead the integration, troubleshooting, and testing of PCB boards for advanced mechanical systems. Write and review weekly reports and provide updates to senior management. Manage the upload of drawings into the ERP system. Support the purchasing department with the location of parts through Alibaba or other resources. Write and approve user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and repair manuals for products. Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for engineering projects. Mentor mid-level and entry-level engineers. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into the company's operations. Requirements: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Over 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on towing or heavy equipment. Expertise in structural calculations, Ansys simulations, and PCB board design and integration. Experience with advanced materials such as hydraulics, sheet metal, aluminum, and fiberglass composites. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
