Job Responsibilities
1. Provide daily meeting services and reception for visitors. 2. Conduct daily inspections of meeting area facilities. 3. Answer, transfer, and assist with inquiries, business consultations, and complaint hotlines at the front desk. 4. Maintain and approve the meeting room reservation system, book and adjust meeting rooms and conference bridges. 5. Handle routine administrative tasks to ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-organized. 6. Support related meeting services staff (assist with submitting reimbursement applications, etc.). 7. Handle emergency matters at the front desk. 8. Participate in weekly rotation shifts outside regular working hours (shift times are 8:30-9:00 AM and 6:00-8:00 PM on weekdays).
Job Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or above. 2. Proficiency in operating Office software and interest and patience in administrative front desk work. 3. Good communication skills and service awareness. 4. Basic Chinese language level. 5. Mature and humble, with strong communication and coordination abilities. 6. A strong sense of initiative and responsibility. 7. Good professional ethics and a focus on teamwork. 8. Experience in international hospitality is a plus and will be given priority consideration.
