Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate and implement overseas marketing plans and sales strategies to enhance the company's visibility and influence in the international market; 2. Manage and guide the sales regional team to ensure the achievement of sales targets; 3. Actively develop and expand overseas markets, explore potential markets and customers, optimize sales plans, and improve the efficiency of product distribution and distribution; 4. Excavate sales opportunities, develop and maintain agents and end customers, and complete sales tasks and payment collection tasks; 5. Analyze overseas market dynamics and competitors, and provide suggestions for the company's product strategy and market strategy; 6. Participate in overseas exhibitions, seminars and other activities to promote the company's products and brands; 7. Assist in overseas market promotion, academic exchanges and product training and other activities, collect market feedback, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, aged between 30-45 years old, major in medicine, biomedical engineering, medical equipment and other related majors is preferred; 2. Have a high level of English communication and negotiation, and be able to communicate in spoken English without barriers; 3. Have at least 5 years of overseas sales experience in the medical device industry, be familiar with the sales model of the EU and FDA related markets, and understand the procurement process and access conditions of the local medical system and medical institutions; 4. Outgoing personality, quick response, clear expression, strong affinity, communication skills and teamwork skills; At the same time, it is also necessary to have strong market analysis skills and business negotiation skills.
