Job Responsibilities
(1) According to the company's annual sales target, lead the team to achieve sales goals; (2) Develop effective target marketing promotion strategies and implementation plans; (3) Budget and cost control of team marketing and promotion to ensure the maximization of input and output; (4) Understand the target market situation and changes in relevant national policies and regulations; (5) Standardize the business system process, improve the team's sales ability and performance; (6) development of new customers in the target market and maintenance of existing customers; (7) Collection, organization and planning of foreign exhibitions; (8) The training of the marketing team to improve the team's marketing ability and execution; (9) Review and risk control of foreign trade contracts.
Job Requirements
(1) Work experience: more than 5 years of foreign trade sales experience; (2) Academic Majors: Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, marketing, language (English, Russian, French, Spanish, Portuguese), science and engineering (mechanical & electrical, etc.), business administration, etc.; (3) Language requirements: CET-4 and CET-6 in the region (non-English-speaking areas); Regional (English-speaking region) CET-6; (4) Other abilities: have certain experience and ability in product planning and marketing planning, strong ability to work under pressure, communication and coordination, and excellent team management ability; (5) Work location: Beijing, able to accept long-term overseas residence. (Treatment is negotiable)
