Job Responsibilities
1. Focus on sales in Spain/Portugal market, formulate sales strategies, and organize and complete the overall business plan of the responsible area; 2. Assist the decision-making level to formulate the department's development strategy, have clear ideas, and formulate short-term and long-term plans for overseas sales; 3. Responsible for business development and sales operations in overseas regions, and be able to effectively transform plans into results; 4. Develop a model that conforms to the company's products and can quickly occupy the market; 5. Establish and manage the sales team, standardize the sales process, and complete the sales target; 6. Master the right and wrong sales direction of the team, and carry out team training and management on the premise of improving performance.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in spoken English, able to adapt to overseas business trips; 2. Sales and management experience in the Spanish market and European market; Customer resources are preferred; 3. Excellent experience in team building, strong team management ability, good at coordinating team work; 4. Have a keen sense of the market, adaptability, leadership and the ability to develop the market independently, strong logic, and good language skills; 5. Have an in-depth understanding of LTE wireless communication, transmission network technology, NB-IOT, MEC, Internet of Things, and satellite communication.
