Candidate's profile Education Level : 05-Baccalauréat Canadien Years of Work Experience : E - 11 à 15 ans Background : 8+ years’ experience in selling software solutions Experience in sales team management is an advantage Competencies : Management of a multi-million revenue plan over 3 years in collaboration with a dedicated sales team Ability to develop trusted relationships with customers and manage complex negotiations Strong persuasion and influencing skills to get 3DS internal and customer commitments Proven leadership and strategy development skills Strong motivating and mentoring skills to communicate a compelling vision to his/her sales team
