Position requirements - At least 5 year-experience in FMCG. - Excellent level of Chinese (at least oral) - Excellent communication skills in English, additional language are a plus. - Abilities to manage an international team spreadacross China. - Deep knowledge of the Chinese market - Well-developed business senses - Autonomous - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Key responsibilities - Overseeing and managing directly 3 sales area managers and brand managers (Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou) - Developing a good cooperation with other departments. - Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in the sector. - Ensure good contact with all clients in each market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Keeping track of the market: economic indicators, trends, and competitors - Forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the different areas and brands. - Serving as a business representative at major industry events - Setting goals and implementing sales & marketing strategies to achieve with the team
