Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of Business Developers to deliver exceptional field performance results and customer service above expectations. Enable Business Developers to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution. Develop/Maintain great business relationships with our customers. Generate a deep business understanding to get insights and transform them into actionable plans. Ensure the perfect execution of the commercial plans. Guarantee results are consistent by staying on top of metrics and supporting your team wherever needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above Proficiency in both English and Spanish. 5+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in account management and/or consultative selling. At least 3 years of experience managing sales teams. Results and performance driven. Strategic and Data-Driven thinking. Able to bring solutions to complex problems. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
