Job Responsibilities

Work alongside the existing IB team in London as well as colleagues in China (including HK) and internationally Support the senior bankers in developing and maintaining clients’ relationships, which involves research, valuation, and preparation of pitch books Help senior bankers to originate mandates, e.g. M&A deals, and capital market transactions (e.g. IPOs, GDRs and Debt issuance) Support and participate in deal executions

Job Requirements

Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values Bachelor’s degree or above Native or professional working proficiency in both English (mandatory) and Mandarin (preferred) A quick learner who is passionate about investment banking, with the ability to be a team player, work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to details, and has strong work ethic Cultural sensitivity developed through international experience
