Job Responsibilities
- Build up and lead marketing team. Develop an annual sales plan, purchasing plan, POS plan, budgeting & marketing plan with specific goals. Prepare working plans to achieve annual goals and ensures that the marketing team is fully briefed on goals and progress. - Communicate with brand owners via brand managers of the company in order to involve them in brand handling, purchase, market support, business development. - Coordinate with team members and organize POS creation and - Development new brands and business, making 3 or 5 year working plan with the suppliers for better view of market opening and development. - Supervise sales status on a weekly basis and talk with sales directors of different sales areas in order for them to follow up closely the sales plans. - Create bold marketing initiatives and events to promote the brands the company represents. - Nurture and enhance the brand awareness by setting marketing strategy and plan in collaboration with location leadership and business development effort. • Lead marketing efforts using all kinds of communication way of social media to drive revenue and traffic KPI’s, in innovative ways that grow the brand and business year over year. • Create positive, strong presence with our targeted public (other than press) in the local community by involving management in civic and professional organizations and establishing contacts with key local customers. • Plan, implement and track marketing activities. Allocate resources, assess impact, and have primary accountability for driving marketing efforts. • Develop and guide media relations strategy. Has full understanding of public relations and a consistent track record of achieving public relations objectives. • Recruit team members in cooperation with HR department. • Contribute to business development effort where marketing and communication skills are called for. • Monitor marketing activities of competitors within the industry.
Job Requirements
Bachelor/Master's Degree Marketing or related field., Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or brand communication consulting or in-house role. , With regional experience in China, fully understanding of Chinese market., Be an articulate, accurate Excellent verbal and written skills of Chinese and English
