Job Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide support in employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in HR practices. Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed. Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
