Job Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Marketplace Management: - Expertly manage product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory on Amazon and Noon to drive maximum traffic and conversion. - Implement advanced tactics for SEO, PPC, and sales ranking optimization on these platforms. - Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer feedback, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve operational excellence. 2. Plan and execute high-impact promotional campaigns, including seasonal offers and platform-specific deals. - DTC Operations for a Leading Gaming Brand: - Lead operations for a famous gaming brand's DTC platform, focusing on traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention. - Manage social media ads, affiliate marketing programs, and Google Ads, leveraging data insights to improve campaign ROI. 3. Develop and manage loyalty programs, driving customer engagement and maximizing lifetime value (CLV). - Customer Service & Fulfillment: - Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while maintaining inventory accuracy. - Manage customer service inquiries with a customer-centric approach, ensuring a high level of satisfaction until the business scales and allows exclusive focus on operations. - Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency. 4. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and forecast trends, ensuring continuous improvement in e-commerce performance. - Regularly conduct competitor and market analyses to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
1. Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English. 2. 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience managing operations. on Amazon and Noon with deep knowledge of their systems and strategies. 3. Proven experience in DTC operations, including traffic conversion, performance marketing, and affiliate management. 4. Proficient in social media advertising, Google Ads, and using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and Noon Seller Lab. 5. Strong organizational skills, with a track record of managing both operational and customer-facing tasks. 6. Analytical and solution-driven, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
