Job Responsibilities
1.Meeting Organization: Responsible for preparing various meetings, including sending meeting notices, arranging the venue, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring the smooth progress of meetings. 2.Translation Work: Providing language translation services for work scenarios such as the general manager's visits, receptions, and internal communications. 3.Communication and Coordination: Assisting the general manager in internal and external communication and coordination, including communicating with government departments, partners, clients, etc., to maintain a good corporate image. 4.Other Responsibilities: Completing other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements
1.Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major requirement, preferably in Management, Marketing, Secretarial studies, or related fields. 2.Work Experience: Not limited, but candidates with relevant work experience are preferred. 3.Abilities and Qualities: Possess excellent communication skills and writing abilities; proficient in both Chinese and Kazakh; candidates with additional proficiency in Russian are preferred.
