中国玻璃控股有限公司成立于2004年，2005年在香港联交所主板上市。公司主要股东包括中国建材、弘毅投资，强大的股东背景是公司稳健发展的坚强后盾。 中玻现拥有十二大生产基地和一个研发中心，员工近5000人。境内产业布局覆盖江苏、山东、陕西、内蒙古、福建、甘肃等省、市、自治区。境外于尼日利亚、哈萨克斯坦设有浮法玻璃生产基地；于埃及正在建设新能源玻璃项目；于意大利拥有一家玻璃工程装备及技术服务公司。 China Glass Holdings Limited（CNG） was established in 2004 and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005. The company's major shareholders include China National Building Material Group Corporation and Hony Capital, whose strong backgrounds serve as a solid support for the company's steady development. Currently, CNG boasts twelve production bases and one research and development center, employing nearly 5,000 people. Its domestic industrial layout spans Jiangsu, Shandong, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Fujian, Gansu, and other provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions. Overseas, it has float glass production bases in Nigeria and Kazakhstan; a new energy glass project is under construction in Egypt; and it owns a glass engineering equipment and technical service company in Italy.
