Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for local human resources and administrative management in Indonesia 2. Personnel management such as personnel recruitment and performance-based compensation in Indonesian companies; 3. Coordinate the effective implementation of the company's OKR and target management; 4. Responsible for the company's administrative and logistical affairs; 5. Assist the CEO to deal with the implementation of special business projects; 6. Horizontally coordinate the docking of resources of various departments and group resources.
Job Requirements
1) Education: Bachelor degree or above 2) Industry: unlimited, payment equipment/smart devices, software and hardware, SaaS industry is preferred 3) Experience: about 1 year, with personnel experience, good at recruitment or familiar with local labor laws and regulations 4) Language: Bahasa Indonesia and English; Chinese preferred 5) Others: Indonesian Chinese or Chinese (with permanent residence)
