Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years working experiences with 5 years in marketing expertise or customer intelligence areas, with retail industry experience preferred. Has sound understanding and solid experience in managing customer surveys. Experience in working for a survey agency or consulting firm that is retail relevant will be a plus. Has ability to work with third party agencies to develop customer intelligence survey and delivery. Has ability to work with various stakeholders, e.g. JVs and other marketing functions. Has good communication skills, both verbal and written (Chinese & English).
