Job Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding our products, with a focus on NAS (Network Attached Storage) products. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Work with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identifying opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes and recommending solutions. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Job Requirements

Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written. Previous experience in customer service or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with 3C, web products, virtual services, internet related products and after sales support is preferred. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Problem solving skills and attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours, acceptance of shift system (no night shifts)
