Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing overseas market channels, understanding the sales model and channel resources of local channel agents or direct customers, and finding suitable distributors/agents/direct demand customers, etc. 2. Understand and collect information such as local market/customer needs, competitive products, etc., and be able to put forward constructive suggestions on the optimization and development of our products according to market/customer needs and other information, and promote the company to formulate reasonable product planning strategies and market strategies 3. According to the company's annual sales plan, formulate effective and reasonable sales targets and sales strategies, and achieve sales performance steadily 4. Timely handle customer inquiry, quotation, project/product communication, contract signing, order delivery and after-sales service and other daily sales work, and fully improve customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent English communication skills, and English can be used as a working language 2. Have more than three years of overseas customer development and sales experience, and have successful customer order conversion experience, familiar with the whole sales process operation; 3. Have strong communication skills, be good at grasping and understanding customer needs and be able to respond in a timely and accurate manner, and improve the conversion rate of customer orders 4. Good psychological quality, strong ability to work under pressure, good at teamwork, strong self-motivation and self-learning ability, able to do a good job in process management and goal management in personal work 5. Experience in public security, fire protection, surveying and mapping, electric power, petroleum, maritime, military and police background resources and drone industry is preferred
