Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the management of the project, from pre-sales to final acceptance of the project, including the formulation and implementation of the secondary plan, process quality monitoring, etc.; 2. As the first person in charge of the project, manage the progress, cost and quality of the project; 3. Reasonably organize and dispatch project resources, and implement organization, planning, command, coordination and control in daily work; 4. Fully responsible for project risk management and control, timely pull through and close problems; 5. Customer relationship maintenance, power map formulation and stakeholder relationship improvement; 6. Other matters arranged by the company.

Job Requirements

1. Education level: mechanical and automation or related majors, bachelor degree or above; 2. Work experience: more than 5 years of work experience in non-standard automation industry, more than 3 years of project management experience, and project delivery experience from 0 to 1; 3. Skills and abilities: proficient in the use of project management tools, full understanding of the process of non-standard automation integration suppliers, with PMP certificate/same type certificate; 4. Accept overseas assignment (at least 1 year), fluent in English; 5. The domestic office is located in Gaochun, Nanjing, and the company provides free meals and accommodation, and enjoys an additional overseas subsidy of 100 euros/day during the overseas period.
