Job Responsibilities

1. Cooperate with sales in the pre-sales stage, combine the pre-sales plan, complete the preparation of the SOW statement of work of the project, complete the evaluation of the cost and plan, and cooperate with the sales to complete the contract signing; 2. Responsible for organizing resources and leading the project implementation team to complete the research, development and implementation, system launch and acceptance of the project in the delivery stage; 3. Responsible for the coordination and mobilization of various internal and external resources in the process of project implementation, and be able to guide the team implementation consultant and development consultant to complete the assigned tasks; 4. Responsible for the control and management of on-site personnel during the operation of the project, and the project-related communication with the customer's senior management; 5. The project manager is responsible for the gross profit and customer satisfaction of the delivered project, and carries out the project scope, schedule, quality, risk, cost, safety and project change management control in the delivery process with this goal.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in spoken English as a working language; Experience in overseas delivery project management or demand analysis is preferred; 2. Familiar with Internet of Things technology, including data collection, cloud computing and big data analysis; 3. Experience in the implementation of large-scale IoT projects, Internet of Vehicles, off-site equipment management, commercial vehicle aftermarket digitalization and other enterprise digital transformation related projects, on-site implementation and commissioning experience is preferred; 4. Computer, software, information management, Internet of Things, Internet of Vehicles and other related majors are preferred, with more than 5 years of project management experience, experience in demand analysis or technology development is preferred; 5. Candidates who are familiar with project management or have PMP certificate are optimized; Familiar with the whole process of project management, master the characteristics of waterfall and agile mode management; Familiar with the purpose and content of key outputs at each stage of the project process, and have the ability to independently output project management plans; 6. Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration skills, able to flexibly mobilize cross-departmental resources to form a unified joint force to ensure delivery; 7. Strong ability to work under pressure and execution, attach importance to teamwork spirit, and be able to reasonably assign team members' work tasks; 8. Adapt to long-term overseas business trips.
