Job Responsibilities
1. Based on the company's market strategy and the marketing department's objectives, analyze the target customer needs for each responsible area and complete annual sales targets. Expand new clients through overseas business partnerships (BPs), trade shows, and direct visits. 2. Manage overseas market customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and establish long-term, positive, and stable regional client relationships. 3. Analyze product structure and target customer groups according to business development needs and regional market characteristics, and efficiently achieve financial goals. 4. Collect and organize information on market conditions, key competitors' sales and market strategies to provide effective market decision-making advice for business planning. 5. Build and manage domestic and overseas operational teams, drive the completion of customer order signing, and identify and efficiently resolve issues.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, English, Bioengineering, or related fields; overseas experience or local living experience is a plus. 2. Experience in team management, in-depth knowledge of sales business, and efficient in driving team performance to meet targets; international trade experience is preferred. 3. Excellent English communication skills, with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to accept overseas travel. 4. Outstanding communication skills both up and down the hierarchy. 5. Diligent, self-disciplined, and highly self-motivated.
