Your primary focus will be on cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share. Qualification Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the HVAC or related industry, with a focus on commercial and residential air-conditioning systems. Strong network and relationships within the Texas market, including dealers, contractors, distributors, and relevant industry stakeholders. Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field . Experience working with remote teams and working in a global/multicultural environment is a plus.
