Job Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy Development: - Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Anker Innovations' product lines in the North-Eastern EU region. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. - Define target customer segments and develop tailored marketing and sales approaches. 2. Product Launch and Execution: - Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with global and regional /sub-regional objectives. - Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introduction and adoption. - Monitor and analyze launch performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 3. Sales Enablement: - Develop and deliver training programs and materials to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell Anker Innovations' products. - Work closely with the sales team to identify and address any barriers to sales success. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team to drive revenue growth. 4. Partnership and Channel Management: - Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and other channel partners in the region. - Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize sales and market penetration. - Develop and implement channel programs and incentives to drive partner engagement and performance. 5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and initiatives. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations. - Continuously refine and optimize go-to-market approaches based on performance data and market feedback.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or sales management, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology industry. - Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products,experience in the North-Eastern European (Sweden, Poland, Turkey etc.) market preferred. - Strong understanding of regional/sub-regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in English and willingness to travel as required.
