Job Responsibilities

1. Provide energy system solutions for customers in the region to install photovoltaic energy storage inverter products, and perform remote and on-site system commissioning to ensure the smooth implementation of energy storage solutions; 2. Maintain close cooperation with customers and the technical support team of China headquarters to troubleshoot customers, solve technical problems of after-sales products, and improve customer satisfaction; 3. Develop and update technical and training documents for customers, and implement training regularly. The training content includes product installation, system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Ensure that the installer fully understands the product features and installation process, and improve the technical ability and service level of the installer.

Job Requirements

1. Major in power electronics, bachelor degree or above; 2. Working experience in residential and small industrial and commercial inverters and energy storage products is preferred; 3. Good English communication skills, mastery of other languages (such as German, Spanish, etc.) is preferred; 4. Have a strong interest and understanding of renewable energy and energy storage technology; 5. Excellent customer service awareness, team spirit and self-motivation ability. 6. Willing to adapt to frequent international travel and different cultural environments. 7. Have a valid European driver's license.
