Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the subsidiary, comply with local laws and regulations, and complete the annual operation and management tasks and profit targets of the subsidiary issued by the headquarters; 2. Based on the local general machinery industry, establish and improve the marketing system and structure of the independent brand, formulate and promote the implementation of the independent brand promotion plan, and enhance the influence and competitiveness of the independent brand in the local area; 3. Responsible for setting up the local marketing and service team of the subsidiary, collecting market information and analysis, fully exploring the real high-value needs of customers, formulating sales strategies and plans, improving the construction of local channels, and leading the team to complete the sales task with the product line of the headquarters; 4. Responsible for the management of the local team of the subsidiary, performance appraisal, training and motivation, and continuously improve the organizational ability of the subsidiary; 5. Responsible for the operational risk management of subsidiaries
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English, proficient in German; 2. More than 5 years of work experience in international sales and sales management in general machinery or machinery industry; 3. Have the ability to operate and manage overseas sales companies, and be familiar with the operation system and management mode of overseas sales companies; 4. Good at challenges, keen insight and strong understanding and communication skills, leadership and decision-making skills; 5. Able to accept long-term overseas work 6. Familiar with the local market situation of the subsidiary is preferred
