Job Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for the operation and management of the European branch, and formulate and implement the company's development strategy. 2. Bear the legal person responsibility of a limited company 3. Serve as sales, develop and maintain large customers and bear part of the sales volume. 4. It is necessary to concurrently serve as a sales manager. Understand the market dynamics and competitors, propose local sales strategies and implementation plans, and implement them. Grow your business. 5. Lead the team to complete various business indicators and improve the performance and market share of the branch in the European market. 6. Ensure that the company operates legally and compliantly. Mitigate all kinds of risks. 7. Manage the financial status of the branch to ensure financial health and stability. 8. Cultivate and develop the branch team to improve the overall quality and ability of the team. 9. Report the work progress and major issues of the branch to the headquarters, and accept the guidance and supervision of the headquarters
Job Requirements
1. Have general manager work experience 2, be able to develop and maintain customers by yourself, obtain projects, and undertake sales 3. English or German listening, speaking and written expression smoothly, Chinese daily communication smoothly 4, IPC (industrial computer) industry sales experience in the EU market 5, sales experience in the consumer electronics industry in the EU market 6, Familiar with the EU market environment and business operation model, with keen market insight and analytical judgment ability. 7. Excellent communication and coordination skills and cross-cultural communication skills. 8. Have excellent leadership and team management skills, and be able to effectively motivate team members. 9.
