Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for drafting, formulating and improving personnel-related management systems and work processes; 2. Organize the formulation of the company's monthly and annual human resource demand plan; 3.Organize personnel recruitment plans and recruit suitable talents for the company through multiple channels; 4.Responsible for setting the management of major human resources business modules such as salary and benefits, training, performance, appraisal, and employee relations; 5. Research and formulate relevant laws, regulations and policy documents in the field of local human resources to ensure that the company's employment is legal and compliant; 6. Responsible for assisting in the completion of social responsibility audits; 7. Other matters assigned to him;
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Proficient in local labor and personnel laws and regulations in Indonesia, fluent in Chinese, listening, speaking, reading and writing; 3. More than 5 years of working experience in human resources, preferably in Chinese-funded enterprises;
