Job Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements. Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Develop real-time financial dashboards using Power BI or Excel. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process. Maintain and adjust rolling forecasts.Conduct financial scenario planning. Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Analyze and optimize revenue streams. Implement cost control measures. Oversee financial software and ERP systems. Continuously refine financial processes. Lead automation projects for financial reporting. Flexibility and Availability: Address urgent financial matters beyond regular working hours. Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Team Leadership and Development: Support cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability; Oversee cash, investments and debt management including interest rate and forex hedging as required; Maintain banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance. ACCA better. 5 or more years of work experience in the field of audit or related areas. Proficient in IFRS and PRC policy. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Good supervisory and management skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience in handling user management and users in an added advantage.
